Isomers Laboratories Inc. shall have the right at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, to revise these terms or to impose new terms and conditions with respect to access to or use of Isomers.ca. Such revisions and additions shall be effective immediately upon notice, which may be given by any means, including but not limited to posting the revised or additional terms and conditions on Isomers.ca. Prices and Orders
Isomers Laboratories Inc. does not accept orders from all destinations outside of North America . If you reside outside of North America please contact us to determine if we can ship to your required destination. Isomers Laboratories Inc. will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax to your oders. Isomers Laboratories Inc. reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products offered on Isomers.ca. Products displayed on Isomers.ca are available while supplies last. All orders for products displayed on Isomers.ca are subject to Isomers Laboratories Inc.'s credit approval. Isomers Laboratories Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Isomers Laboratories Inc. Isomers Laboratories Inc. reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Isomers Laboratories Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Isomers Laboratories Inc. shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased on isomers.ca, simply return the item within thirty (30) days of the date of your invoice for exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Certain products may be packaged with additional warranty and service information detailing additional terms and conditions.

Except as expressly stated herein, Isomers Laboratories Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on Isomers.ca, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Miscellaneous
Any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to their conflict of laws principles. You expressly consent to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction, and venue of the courts of Ontario and/or the Federal Court of Canada in Ontario , or any other judicial district or jurisdiction as Isomers Laboratories Inc. may determine in any and all actions, disputes, or controversies relating hereto. The parties have required that the Terms and Conditions and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.
Shipping Terms
Orders are usually in the mail within two business days after they are received. Isomers standard delivery is based on a 3-7 day ground service by Canada Post. Express Delivery is available for an additional fee. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. In general please allow 7 business days for website orders to get to you. For orders destined to outside of Canada please contact our customer service at 416-787-2465 ext 37 for details.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. But we ask that you follow these few reasonable guidelines:
- Products must have been purchased directly from ISOMERS (our website or office. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.)
- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
- Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order (invoice) #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
- We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned.
