Importance of self-care - keeps us positive - helps with mental health - helps deal with stress - sell care routine is essential for a healthy mind and thoughts.
Sometimes, our days blur together and we begin to feel a bit scattered.
We can feel uncertain or isolated. Under too much pressure. So many things affect our lives and so much if that we cannot control. What we can control they say are ourselves and our thoughts - but even our thoughts can betray us if we do not maintain and schedule deliberate self-care rituals and habits. Washing, caring, protecting, treating our skin, keeping ourselves clean, smelling fresh, loved. It’s all-important. We tend to forget ourselves if we are givers or if we get down and sad - but this is the time to actually do more for ourselves so that we are able to be mentally and physically stronger and healthier.
Perhaps you have to cram for a final exam, finish a project or simply stay alert throughout the day.
Moroccan Rosemary - is known as the “herb of remembrance” because of its ability to powerfully stimulate the mind. Rosemary dates back to the Ancient Egyptians, Romans, and Greeks who all considered it sacred. It was also widely used to cleanse the air and prevent sickness from spreading. Native to the Mediterranean coastline, Rosemary is a shrub that grows up to 6 feet tall. Its name means “dew, sea” from the Latin words “ros” and “Marinus” which refers to Rosemary sprouting along the sea. To extract the essential oil, the leaves, twigs, and flowers are put through a steam distillation process. Several varieties of Rosemary are produced during the process and should be noted by their differences.
