For optimum results, apply once a day, every day, before bedtime. Spray 2-4 pumps to the affected areas of the scalp. Women may use 1-2 pumps; Men may use 3-4 pumps. With fingertips, massage well into the scalp for 30-45 seconds. Leave on the scalp. Do not rinse.
