These Terms and Conditions May Change

Isomers Laboratories Inc. shall have the right at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, to revise these terms or to impose new terms and conditions with respect to access to or use of Isomers.ca. Such revisions and additions shall be effective immediately upon notice, which may be given by any means, including but not limited to posting the revised or additional terms and conditions on Isomers.ca. You are responsible for reviewing Isomers.ca periodically for any modification to these Terms of Use. Any access or use of Isomers.ca site by you after notice of revisions or additions to these terms shall constitute and be deemed to be your agreement to such revisions or additions.

Orders:  Isomers Laboratories Inc. does its best to fulfill and ship orders worldwide, however their are some geographic areas we do not ship to. Currently, we do not ship orders to Mainland China, Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria or Switzerland. If you are outside of North America and your destination is not on our list, please contact us directly to determine if we can accomodate your destinaton. Isomers Laboratories Inc. will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax to your orders. Available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Orders outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipients responsibility.

Isomers Laboratories Inc. is unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes when selecting FEDEX. When placing your order, please enter a street address for delivery; otherwise your order cannot be accepted/shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes for orders outside of Canada and U.S.A:
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Isomers.ca, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Canada, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All shipping charges for packages that are refused at customs and returned to Isomers, will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to Isomers as “undeliverable”. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, and it is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or problem that is not the fault of Isomers, we will issue a refund less all shipping charges (to and return). These shipping charges may be significant. Please take care to enter your delivery information and address correctly when placing your order.

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as Undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website, ensuring that all delivery information has been entered correctly.

Address Corrections / Re-Direct Delivery Requests
It is important that when you place an order via www.isomers.ca, you ensure the accuracy of your SHIP TO address. Incorrect addresses or re-directions can result in additional fees to you from FedEx, the courier company. In order to properly manage your order please note the following options:

Before your order ships:  simply call Isomers Customer Service Dept. at (1) 416-787-2465, dial “1”. (International phone charges apply). If the item has not been picked up by FedEx there should not be charges or penalties for the address change as we will attempt to pre-empt the shipment and update the address.

After your order ships: for any address re-direction/ correction requests, FedEx will impose a minimum $10.00 administrative fee. The fee varies and is at the discretion of FedEx. To ensure your order does get delivered to your correct address, simply call Isomers Customer Service Dept. at (1) 416-787-2465, dial “1”.  (International phone charges apply). Our Customer Service Dept. will notify FedEx of the required update and will be able to take your administrative fee payment information over the phone. This should prevent further shipment delays.

All transactions are settled in local currency. Prices displayed on the site are exclusive of HST (Canadian Harmonized Sales Tax) or GST (Goods and Services Tax), which we have to charge on all orders shipped within Canada. For orders that are shipped outside of Canada, the HST component won’t be added to the order.

Isomers Laboratories Inc. reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products offered on Isomers.ca. Products displayed on Isomers.ca are available while supplies last. All orders for products displayed on Isomers.ca are subject to Isomers Laboratories Inc.'s credit approval. Isomers Laboratories Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Isomers Laboratories Inc. Isomers Laboratories Inc. reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Isomers Laboratories Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Isomers Laboratories Inc. shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount due.

Cancelling an order
Once an order is placed and you have your order number, the order is sent directly to our Warehouse department for Pick/Pack and Ship. Since orders normally ship next business day (with the exception of weekends, holidays, unusual weather and strikes), there is a small window of opportunity to modify or cancel your order. Please use the contact us page to request changes on recently placed orders.

If an order is cancelled before Isomers Laboratories has shipped it, a refund for the full amount, including shipping, will be refunded.

If an order is cancelled after Isomers Laboratories has shipped it, a refund for the amount of the product, NOT including any shipping costs, will be refunded only when the product is received back at Isomers warehouse.

Refunds are settled in local currency at the exchange rate of time of purchase. For product returns, shipping and foreign exchange rates are not refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Price Adjustments
Isomers will gladly issue a credit to your account for the difference between the price you paid (regular price) and the promotional price, when ordering direct from Isomers Laboratories and within 14 days prior to the change in price.

If your order isn’t right…
We apologize for any error made in the processing of your order and for any inconvenience it may have caused you. Our friendly Return Policy makes it easy to correct your order. If your order is not right in some way, please contact us within 5 business days from the time you received your order so that we are notified and able to make it right.

If you have received items that are not yours, or if we have missed something from your order please email us using the contact us page. In the subject heading please state: Order Processing Error and your order number. In the body of the email please provide us with a copy of your packing list and description or photo of the package received along with any other information or details you feel are important in helping resolve your order. In some instances and for quality and control purposes, additional information may be required.

If you have received damaged goods, please email us using the contact us page.  In the subject heading please note: Damaged Goods Received & your order number (this can be found on your packing slip). In the body of the email, please provide us with the following information: a copy of your packing list and photo of the damaged goods along with any other information that would be relevant in resolving the matter. In some instances and for quality and control purposes, additional information may be required.

The text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations, descriptions, data, and other material provided on Isomers.ca, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are referred to collectively as the "content." The content may contain errors, omissions, or typographical errors or may be out of date. Isomers Laboratories Inc. may change, delete, or update any Content at any time and without prior notice. Unless otherwise noted, all content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary rights that are owned by Isomers Laboratories Inc. or by third parties that have licensed their use to Isomers Laboratories Inc. You may view and use the content only for your personal information and for shopping and ordering on Isomers.ca. Except as set forth above, Isomers Laboratories Inc. does not grant to you any right to use, reproduce, copy, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works, publicly perform, or distribute by any means, method, or process any of the content.

Isomers Laboratories Inc. shall have the right without notice and at any time to terminate Isomers.ca or any portion thereof, or any products offered through Isomers.ca, or to terminate any individual's right to access or use Isomers.ca.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Isomers Laboratories Inc.'s PRIVACY STATEMENT posted on Isomers.ca, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, "Comments") sent to Isomers.ca shall be and remain the exclusive property of Isomers Laboratories Inc. Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to Isomers Laboratories Inc. of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. Isomers Laboratories Inc. will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. Do not send Isomers.ca any Comments that you do not wish to assign to Isomers.ca.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
The information on Isomers.ca may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Isomers Laboratories Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.

Other Businesses
Isomers.ca may provide links to the websites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. Isomers Laboratories Inc. is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and Isomers Laboratories Inc. does not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their websites. Isomers Laboratories Inc. does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use. Links to other websites are provided for your convenience only, and you access them at your own risk.

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Isomers Laboratories Inc. account and password information and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use Isomers.ca only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Disclaimer and Limitation as to Use of Isomers.ca.
Isomers.ca is operated on an "as is," "as available" basis. To the full extent permitted by law, isomers.ca and its affiliates disclaim any and all representations and warranties with respect to this site and its contents, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use. Without limiting the foregoing, Isomers Laboratories Inc. and its affiliates do not represent or warrant that the Isomers.ca website will operate without interruption or error. Under no circumstances, shall Isomers.ca or its affiliates, or any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use Isomers.ca, including, but not limited to, general, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary or any other type of damages. Your use of the site is at your sole risk. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of liability set forth above, so this limitation of liability may not apply to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability as to products.
If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased on isomers.ca, simply return the item within thirty (30) days of the date of your invoice for exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Certain products may be packaged with additional warranty and service information detailing additional terms and conditions.

Isomers Laboratories Inc. makes no representation or warranty with respect to any product sold. Except as expressly stated herein, Isomers Laboratories Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on Isomers.ca, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Isomers Laboratories Inc., its suppliers or their respective directors, officers, employees or agents be liable to you or to any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising in any way from any product sold on Isomers.ca. In no event shall Isomers Laboratories Inc.'s liability exceed the price you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of liability set forth above, so this limitation of liability may not apply to you.

Any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to their conflict of laws principles. You expressly consent to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction, and venue of the courts of Ontario and/or the Federal Court of Canada in Ontario , or any other judicial district or jurisdiction as Isomers Laboratories Inc. may determine in any and all actions, disputes, or controversies relating hereto. The parties have required that the Terms and Conditions and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.

Shipping Terms (Our Shipping Policy in the FAQ page)
Orders are usually shipped within two business days after they are received. Isomers standard delivery is based on FedEx Ground for North America order and FedEx Economy International outside of North America with Signature Required. Express delivery is available for an additional fee. Shipping charges are based on the total weight and delivery zip code of your order. You will see all delivery options, fees and approximate delivery times during the checkout process when placing your order.

The stated delivery lead times are not a guarantee and can be affected by external conditions that is not under our control. External conditions such as unusual weather, strikes and holidays can all cause a longer delivery time. For your convenience you may click on your tracking number to obtain the latest information on status of your order.

Shipping Terms- Special Offers and Promotions:
While supplies last. Sale items are not eligible for refund nor exchange.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. But we ask that you follow these few reasonable guidelines:

  • Products must have been purchased directly from Isomers (our website or office. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.)
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of order date. (under extreme delivery delays, we will consider within 14 days of receiving the order).
  • Return Authorization Number (RAN)  MUST be noted on the outside of the box and on your return document(s)  inside the box. RAN should be obtained by contacting Isomers via the contact us page, or by calling our office at  (1) 416-787-2465 , press “1” (international calling charges may apply) prior to preparing your package for shipment.
  • RAN is valid for 7 business days after issue date. Please ensure the returned goods are post marked within the 7 business day period.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order (invoice) #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
  • We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned.
  • Isomers does not charge re-stocking fees for returns or refunds, nor any other ancillary fess for refunds and  returns.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
